I, Discofurby, made up a parody of Found a Peanut that has several references to shows I like.
It focuses on the children I borrowed from Children's Pack Animation Washing Your Hands (Quinn, Yin, Liz, B.J and Callum), the boy Raymond from the original song and four children I made up (Liza, Gabby, Anneka and Jenna) trying to sing Found a Peanut, but their own thoughts, characters from Rugrats, Star Trek (Star Trek Voyager to be prescise) and Scooby Doo and my cat Amelia getting in the way.
QUINN:Found a peanut. Found a peanut. Found a peanut just now.
YIN: My name's Yin. My name's Yin. My name's Yin just now.
LIZ:That's unrelated. Unrelated. Unrelated just now.
YIN:I don't care. I don't care. I don't care just now.
B.J.:Why do all the lyrics have to end in "just now"? Because how could half an hour ago possibly be now?
CALLUM (SPOKEN): I guess we'd better start again. (SUNG) Found a peanut. Found a peanut. Found a peanut just now.
JENNA: Cracked it open. Cracked it open. Cracked it open just now.
ANNEKA: It was rotten. It was rotten. It was rotten just now.
CHUCKIE: (the shy boy from Rugrats) So don't eat it. So don't eat it. So don't eat it at ANY TIME!
LIZA: Why are you here? Why are you here? Why are you here just now?
CHUCKIE: Where is Tommy?(his best friend in the show) Where is Tommy? Where is Tommy just now?
GABBY: Over there. Over there. Over there just now.
NAOMI: (the little alien hybrid girl from Star Trek Voyager)Aren't you going to join in with the song just now?
SEVEN OF NINE: (a sort of cyborg lady from Star Trek Voyager) SPOKEN: No.
RAYMOND:We had better try again 'cause it's not working just now.
FRED: (teen detective from Scooby Doo) Let's split up and look for clues now.
AMELIA: Meow meow meow meow meow.
